"While at work, if I’m stuck on a challenge or need a boost of energy, I often think about the incredible things that our teams do and the impact they have on the patients, clients, and communities they are a part of. Outside of work, I take the time to ground myself and clear my head on long walks, as well as try to make a point of exercising each day – even if I can only squeeze in 15-20 minutes! It’s important to stop, listen, and understand. It definitely doesn’t solve all problems but is a good starting point in recognizing people in who they are and what they are dealing with. In addition I try to keep a positive attitude as I know that impacts others in great ways and is a way I can support them during tough times."
